GetAnswerWorks

Franchisors & Hotel Groups

Every location. Every call. Answered like your flagship.

AnswerWorks puts a trained secretary on the phones at every property you own, manage, or franchise — around the clock, on your brand standard — and then proves it with counted numbers instead of promises.

The leak nobody puts on a report

A missed call doesn't always mean a lost booking. Plenty of those guests still book. They just book somewhere else.

Every missed call that still books, books through an OTA — and the property pays up to 30 cents of every dollar for a phone it didn't answer.

Run that across a portfolio and a phone problem stops being a front-desk problem. It's a margin problem, paid out a percentage at a time, on guests who tried to call you first.

The counted pilot

Don't take our word for any of it. Take your own numbers — before and after.

  • Week one is a baseline, not a sales call. Before anything switches on, we count the pilot locations' missed and after-hours calls for a week. Your current state, in writing, at no charge.
  • Then the pilot: up to 5 locations, 14 days free. Not a sandbox and not a stripped-down demo tier — the full office, live on the locations' real numbers, taking real calls.
  • One page governs it — the pilot charter. Metrics agreed up front. A named evaluator on your side. A decision date. And the desk keeps running at the program rate after day 14 unless you cancel — no second negotiation to continue what the numbers already justified.
  • Day 15: the scorecard. Calls received. Calls answered. Bookings captured. After-hours calls caught. Every figure set against the baseline week — your phones, your numbers, before and after.

If the scorecard earns a rollout, we talk about a rollout. If it doesn't, you keep the baseline and the scorecard and walk. That's the whole deal.

What runs during the pilot

The full front office, the same stack we'd run on day one of a paid program:

  • Phones answered 24/7, first ring, in your brand's name
  • Reservations and service bookings taken, read back, and confirmed
  • Missed-call text-back, so a near-miss still becomes a conversation
  • Website chat, answered by the same secretary
  • The property's email inbox, worked instead of piled up
  • Review requests sent while the stay — or the job — is still fresh
  • A morning briefing to each property: yesterday's calls, yesterday's bookings
  • Spam and robocall shield in front of all of it

The program layer

A single-location desk is a product. A portfolio is a program. The corporate program adds the layer nobody else sells:

  • Brand-standard greeting across units. The same first ten seconds at property number four and property number four hundred.
  • QA reporting to HQ. Counted calls, recordings, grades. You hear what a guest hears without having to mystery-shop your own hotels.
  • Counted reporting your owners can read. Every location's pilot and program figures in the scorecard format — received, answered, captured — on one page per location.
  • The board. The counted report, live. Every location's calls and leads land on one screen seconds after each call ends: master totals across the whole portfolio, any locations side by side in columns, filtered by location, by kind, by today, the week, or all time. One notifications stream for the entire portfolio, with a mute per location for the properties that don't need daily watching. And at the top of the board, one dropdown and a call button: your on-site person at any property — or us.
  • Real support terms. Commitments in writing — who answers, how fast, and what happens when something breaks. Not a ticket queue and a prayer.
  • The Human Rule. The desk answers your guests. When your team needs AnswerWorks, you get a human — not a phone tree, not a bot, not a ticket queue. The first entry in the board's call dropdown is AnswerWorks, and it rings a person. That's a standing commitment of the program, not a pilot courtesy.

The price, in the open

$999 per location, per month. All-in.

Graduated at scale: locations 1–25 at $999 · 26–99 at $895 · 100 and up at $795.

No setup fees. No hidden costs. Ever.

Here's the math it's built on. A front desk that never closes covers 168 hours a week. Staff that with people and you're carrying roughly 4.2 full-time employees per desk — before overtime, turnover, training, and the 2 a.m. shift nobody wants to work. Done honestly, that's north of $13,000 a month, per property, for coverage most properties still don't actually get at night.

At program pricing, the loaded cost of staffing ONE desk around the clock covers roughly thirteen locations. The desk at every one of them never closes.

One price, no menu: the full office at each location, plus the program layer above it. The only conversation after that is how many locations.

Founding corporate partners keep the rate they were quoted — honored, in writing.

Where this goes

It starts with a counted pilot. Groups that like their numbers make us an approved supplier. Groups that like them a lot write us into the brand standard.

We don't skip steps, and we don't ask you to.

Try it yourself

Don't grade us on a web page. Call the desk:

(661) 553-1377Ask for your organization's desk. We built one for you already.

Or just reply to the email that brought you here, and we'll set up the pilot conversation.

Start with a few locations. The counted report does the rest of the talking.
